Breton Village

Breton Village is a retail and residential project in Roseville, California. Located on 10.5 acres at the intersection of Foothills and Pleasant Grove Boulevard, Breton Village will include 30,000 square feet of specialty retail space and 53 detached homes, to be developed by the Sares Regis Corporation.

The landscaping has been designed to provide seamless integration of the residential and retail elements of this project. Rather than divisive walls between them, the two components will flow easily into each other.

The project has been submitted to the City of Roseville’s planning commission and the permit process has begun. Construction is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2011. The retail center will be completed in approximately 10 months, at which time a significant number, but not all, of the homes will also be completed.
