Since the 1970’s Sunrise Festival Shopping Center, corner of Greenback Lane and Sunrise Boulevard in Citrus Heights, has flourished with tenants, expanded in size, remodeled, changed tenants, and remodeled again.

In 2011, the center through even bigger changes, the center is currently in the process of a nearly 4 million dollar remodel.  This remodel will feature a new center name, “Citrus Town Center”, all new facades, awnings, outdoor seating areas, revitalized landscaping, full wall murals and new monuments sigange, including an over 26 foot water feature monument sign on the corner of Greenback Lane & Sunrise Boulevard.
